..........my last image of Ladybower Reservoir in the Peak District of Derbyshire. The deep secret is the village lying beneath its surface! I was never very good at keeping a secret! lol!

I like the lines created by the bridge in this one. The boulders in the foreground really add to this lovely image.

That's a beauty. So you are saying there is a lost city...like Atlantis...below the surface? Are you going to go diving for burried artifacts, and lost treasures? LOL. That bridge is pretty neat, and I love the sky.
Great scenery over there, across the ocean.

Super sweet image!! A wee 'washed out' feel exudes though...perhaps a drop in gamma to create some more depth?? I dunno, just seems like it needs a little sumpin' to me Patti. Can't really put a finger on it.

I'm sure Derwent won't mind you letting the cat out of the bag about this one Patti. I like the way you've used the rocks in this, and the viaduct all the way off on the horizon. I get the same sense of a landscape 'cut short' as I did with the previous post - it hints at what lies beneath.

Thanks to all my friends for the wonderful images I get to look at and learn from on Caedes every day. I always have something to say about them, but don't always have the time to record it. Please forgive me if I can't comment on all of your uploads.

The boulders in the foreground appear to be ancient, which give a nice contrast with the causeway in the distance. Nicely done, Patti.

See that Bob's bench disappeared and was changed by 3 rockstones. I wondered of this would be a problem for him, but reading his comment above, think not. Don't know if he realised that he has to take his nap now laying on the ground near the water. Can be dangerous, lol..
Thanks for this wonderful image Patti.

I read once about such an underwater town in Austria. The only thing that is left to see there is the church tower. But back to that image - it looks so natural and peaceful, not man made. You really surprised me.

Hi Patti, I wouldn't have put boulders in a picture like this, yet you have, and turned it into a masterpiece! They look so in place there! Great picture, and I like the reflections on the water too.

Paul :)
