......the river Derwent which runs through the estate of Chatsworth Park - I was going to call this 'just three trees', but on reflection I already have one by that title - very creative title! lol! ...I just liked the reflection of the trees and the placement of them. Hope you like this one. I have just upgraded my camera to an EOS400D - Rebel Xti, and experimenting with the settings.

congrats on the camera! I think one of the things you need to get to grips with is using the metering/AE lock functions to try and keep more detail and contrast in your sky areas. English winter days are never the best light wise but this may help. if you can dial down the in camera sharpening too that may help retain a bit of extra detailing.
