Another smashing scene P-girly!! I generally don't care for people in pics, but, this has a nice quality about it due to the distance away they are and in a simply silhouette format.
No editing needed Patti. I like the folks walking. Adds calm and perspective to photo. Colors and "Walters" are perfect. I can't help but think if you had taken minute earlier or minute later it would have not looked the same. That's how important time is. Just perfect timing. I have really liked your Tree Walters series.
Wonderful job Patti, looks like it's getting dark........are you allowed to stay out after dark ?? Who's the people up there ?? I'd a been tempted......no I won't say. LOL
Always remember - Follow the Yellow Brick Road, it will lead you to the Emerald City and OZ A very nice place to be. Trust me on this one, I live there. The Lion **** MY CAEDES GALLERY****Another Site I'm AT - MY DA HOME PAGE
I like the inclusion of the people in this shot. A lovely scene.I think those folks are professional photo props for evening pictures - they are in my recent sunset beach scene - very travelled people :)
A nice going home ending to this series Patti - I have enjoyed it a lot
This picture just struck me while I was browsing through the new images gallery. I like the overall composition but in my opinion it's the people walking that really make the image.

Very well composed and the colors are superb. I like your trying something different it works great. The camera did all the work at your hands and it paid off!

How funny to see that we're independently covering the same sort of subject, Patti. But you seem to be better at persuading folk to wander to and fro in your shots than I am. Lol! This is another great shot. I like the angle of the ground and that you've kept it so dark, the sky has a lovely winter's peace about it, and the people give a sense of further scenes yet to come into view. A fine composition.
I much appreciate all the comments I receive about my images, but please excuse me if I don't always reply. My interest in Caedes is exceeding my time available!
thanks everyone - I saw the people coming up the hill and focused and waited until I got them just where I wanted! ...lol! arts of persuasion - telepathy! ;)

Shure people in this image gives it an extra, but your choice of trees, composition and patience makes you a better photographer. I'd be proud to have this one in my portfollio. 8-)
These silhouettes of yours are very good. I like how you've divided the frame here and the deepness of the blue sky. Do you think that first figure was looking at you as you took the photo? The others look huddled in conversation. I wonder if they were saying 'who's that hiking in slingbacks over there'.
