.....a view from Curbar Edge of the surrounding rocky landscape and Derbyshire countryside! ...the wind is fresh up here!!! :) ...another bad hair day! but worth it!
The 'tiny' lonely walker gives a very good impression of the extensiveness of this landscape Patti. Beautiful image of a wonderful part of your country!

I bet you were standing on another rock like the ones in the picture, to take this shot...right? Once in a while, I can get out on a day with a sky like that, but not very often. The countryside is gorgeous over there, and you have captured it well in this. It appears that their is a cliff ahead of you. Did you have a hang glider with you? ...Excellent shot.
Always remember - Follow the Yellow Brick Road, it will lead you to the Emerald City and OZ A very nice place to be. Trust me on this one, I live there. The Lion **** MY CAEDES GALLERY****Another Site I'm AT - MY DA HOME PAGE
I don't know why, but your rock formations always make me think of Murray mints, or maybe Ciabatta bread. I just love the rounded edges and the smoothness. This could only be you Patti.
Spot on scene Patti girl!! Luv them BIG rocks!! We have a place near where I live called "Elephant Rocks State Park", it's a bunch of BIG 'ol rocks...I need to go there this Spring, wanna go?!?! 8~D
Not the winter shades that I'm used to...LOL Anyway, these are rich and vibrant colours, and the spot and composition are fantastic. it's a very enjoyable image Patti. :)
