.......Derbyshire countryside - looking from Baslow Edge to Curbar Edge on the far right - looks tiny doesn't it? ...that is until you get up there! :) ....so get your walking boots on as I am about to make my way over the road and up the hill to those Rocky views over the open countryside.

Amazing view of the countryside. And again, a beautiful sky. Love those rocks in the foreground, and the rolling hills. Perfect picture, Patti.

I always love your panorama countryside photos. They are always so crisp and sharp, rich in color and detail. And this one, is more of the same. So well done, Patti.

I'm bringing some other boot wearers with us on the hike if that's all right. I need the walk. The winter has been unkind to my waistline. However, I'm a more rounded individual than I was. lol. Great view Patti and this is really your forte. Between you and Owd Timer we are experiencing the wonderful sights of your country. Now back to the walk.

I like your title, it sounds like a 1970s sitcom. I'm glad you've got tough walking boots, you need them for your hikes to the tops of all these hills. I love this rolling landscape with perfect dappled light, it's like last of the summer wine country. You even got a comment from Compo above too ;-)

Another lovely shot, Patti. You take such grand views! I like the dramatic use of shadow in this scene - the central darker area is quite unusual and very effective.
