........the Peak District covers a large area in Derbyshire, Cheshire and Staffordshire. This area is on the border of Derbyshire and Cheshire. The intermittent sun and cloud yesterday created some fantastic light and shadow across the countryside!

There's another stone wall. I love those things. Another great countryside view of your country. The golden grass is beautiful, and those clouds..um, um, um, um um. Fantastic.

Perfect Patti. The browns/goldens will be green before long and will have a different type of beauty. The earth tones are great and the stone wall and the sky make such great fore and backgrounds. Super post.

...and far away. Lovely shapes in this one, I just love the kind of criss-crossing hills and straight lines. Beautiful light too, really brings the scene to life. How you managed it with a sky like that is beyond me!
