.......Kirkstall Abbey ....you can feel the history and sense the ghosts. Picture taken yesterday when the UK Caedes group visited Kirstall.

You've captured the details of the brick work wonderfully here. Yes, a shame about the sky being overcast, but this is lovely none the less. Wish I could have been there! :)

Very nicely done. The symetry of the converging columns is very well done and all the lines are straight and square. Much detail to follow with the framing of the tree the bonus touch. Good one considering is seems rather a dull day.

You really can feel the past at that place, and in this take of it. I like the colour and texture you've got in the columns, and you did very well to get all the verticals pretty much straight. I've been playing with a couple of mine but can't stop them lookikng like one of those mirrors at the funfair.
