..........so good to me .....sun low over the Derbyshire countryside on Sunday evening. It had been raining most of the day, but the sun came out, so I drove around the country hills listening to the men's tennis final at wimbledon on the radio ...bliss!

So why didn't you have a digital portable HD TV with you to watch the finals? LOL. You have super lines in this shot, and fantastic clouds. Great light and shadows to boot. Very nice. Were you for Nadal or Federer?

I'm not sure who the official gate keeper is now. You or Owd Timer. You both do nice work. You must really be a tennis fan Patti. I listened to a golf tournament once and I'm still being ridiculed. Nice photo and I like the shadows in this one.

It brings another song to mind for me....magic moments, moments made for sharing...A lovely landscape and a lovely image of you snug in the car enjoying the tennis and the break in the clouds. Nice to have you back from Morrocco, photographically as well as physically, Ms Fogz.

From the gravel in the f/g to the distant hills your capture of detail in this image is superb. Your keen eye for light is once again proven... which of course translates to very fine details.
There is no way to improve this image that I can see. The colours are natural and there is no element that has been beyond reality enhanced. I like it alot, mostly because you have not attempted as some others, to tamper with the beauty that our natural world presents.

Hideeeehoooo Fogs ! back a week now from the hollidays, but still trying to catch up, and what a wonderfull start to begin with, this is. the sky is amazing, as is the light of cource. You cought it perfectly at the right time of day, as we are used from you. For a moment it looked like the little sheep was standing on the fence ! gave me a smile. Wonderfull job again.

Patti, this is absolutely marvelous, I just love this picture. It's a true classic of yours, and what does it for me is that low light and sweeping cloud formation. And of course, the clarity of this picture at full screen is amazing. Do you use a tripod when doing shots like this? + faves it goes!
