....the rugged seascape between Portelet Bay and Noirmont Point in Jersey. The objects you can see at Noirmont Point in the distance are bunkers and guns used by the Germans when they occupied the island in WW2. I walked along the cliffside until I reached that point and looked all around the area. The views are amazing and it is easy to see why they chose this vantage point.

Grand View of the coast Miss Patti. You are so lucky to have such grand images in your area. Speaking of bunkers...(Cocktail information for you) I visited one of Hitlers bunkers when I was in Denmark..I believe it was in the town of Karup, If my memory serves me correctly. Any who....great image and colors are outstanding.

Patti, I wish there were just a tad bit more contrast in the sky to bring those lovely clouds out a bit more, but all in all this is the type of photo that reminds me of why I enjoy being a member of this site so much. The compositions, the clarity, the colors are simply superb!

Look at that sparkling blue sea - at least somewhere in the UK has had sun this summer. Although is Jersey in the UK or just part of England....? I love our complicated country. Great shot Patti.
