Patti, This is a great shot. The O'Hare airport in chicago has a tunnel also under the runway. It seemed so strange. You have done such a good job with this one. Really, really good.

Love the curve of the lights and this really is a great capture Patti. Did you hear any planes go over the tunnel, lol. Great way the tunnel does lead your eyes to the light at the end.

Wonderful shot with good lighting! I too wonder if you stopped in the middle of the tunnel...

hmmmm seems to have lost some of its punch in the upload ....and in answer to your questions ....no I am not daft enough to stop in the middle of a very busy road running under the airport runway lol! I was a passenger and shot the picture on (TV)time priority to avoid the blur. :)

A good idea for an interesting tunnel perspective.

I like the way you have let the lights extend into the border - Glad to see the end is in sight - I am not keen on driving through those tunnels :)

Have to admit that I had the same daft thoughts as Owd Bob! Interesting shot made out of a situation most of us would ignore.

Since we drive on the other side of the road here in the states, this picture makes me feel a little tipsy, thinking I have drifted to the other lane. LOL. Clever shot, and very well done.

LOL Patti, well you know what they say about lights, tunnels and trains. Don't you love that feeling of getting to the airport and knowing you're about to get on a plane somewhere? That's what this makes me think of - leaving this country and its idiots behind.
