....I was so lucky - this deer walked almost right up to where I was standing. I did not have my zoom lens on my camera ...and he just acted like I was invisible ....maybe I am! lol!

Invisible Patti. Now there's an idea. How useful would that be!! He's cute isn't he - I'm assuming it's a he with those antlers. I like the soft winter light you got in this, as well as the detail on the deer.

Why do the pictures come out square when the lens is round??
Quite an experience and beautiful shot of this Deer Patti...I have found that if one dose not make threatening moves and leaves the Deer an excape route they will be somewhat at ease with your presence...gerry
