...the sun came out briefly today, so I packed my bag and headed for the hills ....and walked up Hen Cloud, tripod and camera in hand. this view is looking back to the Roaches, so called for obvious reasons

Looks like a good walk Patti. How many miles did you travel by foot? I love the view and the pathway looks inviting. Still a lot of green for the winter. Good post.
This Image GRABBED my EYE. That's Why I Stopped By.
Thanks For Sharing ! Never argue with an idiot. They drag you down to their level and then beat you with experience
Keep-pah. I don't get the title-Roaches. over here, those are nasty little bugs that you don't want running around in your house. Pretty picture. makes a good desktop.

Spectacular shot. I sure would love to stand on the top of that peak, and get a glimpse of what lies over yonder. I love that sky, and the small stream of water in the shot.
Great 'Staffordshire' capture again Patti. Hope that packing your bag and heading for the hills with tripod and camera in hand, will result in more wonderful images. Thanks anyhow for this one.
Regards, Cornelius.

ahhhh..now this is classic Patti!! Peaceful but rugged countryside presented wonderfully. The composition is spot on with that small little stream putting on the final touch. Nice one!!
I much appreciate all the comments I receive about my images, but please excuse me if I don't always reply. My interest in Caedes is exceeding my time available!
Great capture Patti. I somehow miss the South Pennines from my hiking trips as I thought they just petered away to nothing. This image makes a visit certain. Barry.
