I do love them boats - in the background. Those in foreground are just boats ... LOL
I never thought that Morocco can be so interesting for a photographer -- probably because of all the marketing of all them beaches and suntan lotions which makes me sick.
Your view of Morocco is both new and refreshing and I envy you a little ...
*VERY much* LOL
Ooooooh, Aaaaaah this is a great shot Fogz. I faved this one.
The lighting and the blue cast on the boats are great. The sky with the silhouettes just add frosting to this one. Great post.
You simply amaze me. Wish I had the time and the means to travel and bring back such wonderful images as this. You are a lucky woman and your images and just the best thing since slice bread. 10 in my book.
great composition. The blue boats would have looked very fitting if they were on land in that area, as they look like the surface of the sea. Sunset and sky have perfect exposure. This is one of those shots that might have benefited from bracketing with different exposures and then blend in more of the boat detail in PS or PSP. I don't have a camera that facilitates that, but one day I'll practise what I preach :-) Thanks for sharing!!!
Yes, thou shalt have a fishie.... Tricky shot to expose this and I think Rich has had a good idea about bracketing exposures. It's such a chore doing that though and I actually don't mind it being dark - brings out the drama of the sunset more (or was it the dawn as you were coming home from your night out partying). Does make me wonder what kind of lives the fisherman lead - the Burmese fishermen in Thailand had it terribly hard. Like the blues in the little boats and the Moroccan hunk, I mean hulk on the horizon.
