It has just been too hot lately to do any kind of outside activities , so this is one I had on the "back burner" for times such as this. A daylily from my back yard that has double blooms . I hope she lives up to her name. Thanks for viewing.

that certainly is a beautiful flower Eileen and I love the background! well done! and about the heat - well in the UK today we have had record temperatures as high as 97F in some parts. I think it was about 90F here - I am wilting!! lol

Lovely Lily Eileen! Our high today was only in the upper 80's....yesterday 100. What a relief. This is gorgeous...nicely composed and well captured!

This is a bueatiful color for a day lily. It is too hot to be outside so you can do what I do. Either get up very early and do the outside work or do it after 6 p.m. when it is cool and before dark. This heat is draining. I curl my hair and put on makeup and one hour later you would never know that I had done either one.
