Talk about crazy weather . These are some Daffodils that are blooming in my yard now. I thought I would give them a slight painted effect just to try something different. Hope you like and thanks for stopping by.

I would have loved to be standing where this picture was taken. Nature is so beautiful to just sit and take in its beauty. This will make a fantastic desktop. Thanks for sharing

Oh my goodness! I love these cheerful, sunny trumpets! I can't believe these are growing for you now! They wouldn't dare do that here with temps in the teens! I like the framing that nicely complements these lovelies. The effect worked well too.

You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being. - Hermes

Can I live with you Eileen? lol....we have some bitter cold temps with snow on the ground. Your cheery daffodils look wonderful to me! I put them on my desktop and in my favorites before I commented! I love the painted effect you gave to them. The petals look like tissue paper. This has just put a much needed shot of sunshine into my day! Thanks for the lift ;=)

These are so pretty and it is nice to see these blooms when other places have such cold weather and snow. I love your effect on them. You come up with some great ideas.

I love the "painted" effect. And the border goes really well with it. Daffy-dills in Feb. Not bad!
