Hi Gang. Yes I am back. I want to introduce ChuPat an up and coming photographer. He needs some feedback so have at it. But please be gentile. Here's ChuPat! Pogue lake is located at 11,300 ft. in the San Juan Mountains. This little visited lake has hundreds of trees that were blown down over the years. Not only beautiful but spooky at the same time.

Welcome back, Bob. And hi ChuPat, welcome to Caedes. What a beautiful photo to start off with too! Nice contrasts between the light wood and the water's color, and nice contrast of the wood grain and silky water. Looking forward to seeing more. Quiet

Welcome back Bob and hello ChuPat. I like the composition here with the stump and pole framed within the arch of the fallen tree. That’s very nicely done.

Hello all .. (*waves to Annie*) .. ChuPat .. I like the composition on the driftwood .. something like this can provide many interesting shots .. but the color leaves me wanting a little .. almost a sepia-tone .. sometimes you can't help that, and maybe you consider it a plus, that's good too .. I prefer rich color for nature scenes

Just my two cents .. ;o) ..

welcome to Caedes ... please create an account .. we don't bite
