I really like the colors in these "Symmetry" posts of yours. If I had to choose one over the other ... I'd say the original was my favorite ... BUT ... it's an ever so close call. The "Original" makes for a slightly better desktop IMHO. Very nice photography and I thank you for both postings.

Just an old "Grampa" who still has a Kodak "Box" camera kicking around the attic ... learning and enjoying the wonders of modern digital photography.

I'm very fond of both of these and it was a difficult decision deciding which I liked better but after switching back and forth between the two several times I decided I like the first one the best because of the inclusion of the ornate door.(I love the door!) This one would be more symmetrical if it was cropped a little at the bottom or camera aimed a little higher to make the triangle meet the bottom corners. Both are beautiful and enthrall my curiosity to see what the rest of this gorgeous architecture looks like.

Ah-ha...not perfectly symmetrical like the last one!!! Gonna have to give ya an A instead of an A+...another cool symmetry shot. I think its all the different leading lines in this that makes it great.

I have seen the original - and find it more than good enough without the tip. The close-up here looks very good.

If you are going to satisfy all our wishes - now, the only thing that I WOULD SIMPLY LOVE to see here - the lights from behind the stained glass windows - to be able to see them colours ... LOL
I do love symmetry and your mini-series is my most beloved these days !
