Heh.. playing again.. I used two photos from my trip to Barcelona and got happily carried away :) Maybe the first time I actually used the layer opacity setting "dissolve". It's the noise. A bit too harsh though but it would have taken ages to correct that. I wanted certain mood so I thought that some dark green shades would do the trick but I stupid used my texteffect again which didn't work so well this time. Now I look the image it doesn't look so good anymore. Not so well executed, but the idea was good :P

You know, it's not bad at all. I think it's kinda cool actually. Love the spiral shape & the rough design. I just think it's your colors. That shade of yellow doesn't contrast well with the blue & dark purple, IMHO. I think if you played around with your gradient you might be happier with it. Great try though, PM me if you upload an altered version, I'd like to see what you do. Thanks,
Lauren

The wave part is nice looking (and that background too in itself) but the rest of the image doesn't "connect" to it if you know what I mean. I'm not giving a very helpful feedback here, I didn't know what to write at first. It just doesn't have that extra little nerve that I'm used to find in your pieces. (It's not my fault that you have spoilt us with such fine material all the time. ;) )

In this is love: not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son to be the atoning sacrifice for our sins. 1 John 4:10

A different color palette for you! nice to switch things up now and again. I'm loving the red strokes at the center of the wave. it reminds me of chalk pastels that got blown by wind.

This is amazing! I love the use of colors and the design, and I like the stitched background as well. It's very unique and really caught my eye!
