Thats cool. (heh, it would be funny if while you were crouching to take the shot, a horse came up behind you and kicked you, and walked across) lol sorry. I had to say that. Ok, so COOL PICTURE!

Perhaps the grounds personnel don't relish the idea of cleaning up after horses? :-D
I really don't know why the sign is there, I have never seen a horse anywhere in the park grounds. (the park is in the middle of the city, a horse would have to be trailered in)
