I reworked this photo for some artistic fun. Just seeing where it goes. Comments always welcome. :)

Nothing wrong with some fun experimentation in my book.

Curious.. what exactly was your artistic aim for this manipulation?

Bright and bold comes to mind as descriptors.

... ...

I do note, though.. that your composition is a very strong element, in and of itself, and am now wondering what the original looks like?

Might be a good good companion image in your galleries (for your viewers to compare the two), is my thought here.

... ...

Ima go with.. interesting, as a final observation/comment.

And that's no a bad thing.

I agree with Les although he verbiage is more verbose than mine. The original composition was quite good. I can see you put this in the "manipulation" category for good reason. I'm more of a realist when it comes to photography and don't understand the how of many of the abstracts. You can manipulate the heck out of a shot. For me the editing is the best part. However, this manipulated version is not my favorite for whatever that's worth.

Dorothy Michaels: No, just Dorothy. Alan's always Alan, Tom's always Tom and John's always John. I have a name too. It's Dorothy, capital D-O-R-O-T-H-Y.
