Every once and awhile Wood Ducks visit my favorite spot. I have not seen one here for about three years. It was with great joy that I saw this visitor last Sunday.

This is a outstanding photo and i am please to say i have seen one of these in my life but that is all just one.The colours are outstanding and you have capture them spot on. Plus i do like the water in this scene so natural in fact better than natural.These are the birds that lay there eggs i believe in a hole in a trees and some times high up.The chicks have a high jump.Well done 100%

Excellent details and colours. I also love the colour and satiny look to the waters. The duck makes much more of a statement due to the subdued water colour. Outstanding work, Garrett! Faved.
