This past weekend I went to my favorite spot to shoot. I was setting up my camera when this Great Blue Heron dropped out of the sky. It obviously didn't see me or it would have picked a location farther away to set down. Yet at the same time, I think it was too proud to admit its mistake so it sat their and stared at me while I photographed it.

Hes a beauty Garret and he picked the best wildlife photographer I know to take his picture as well. Great capture.
