Our winter birds are justing starting to arrive. I saw geese and white pelicans in the pond for the first time this weekend. There were even 4 mute swans, (a rare treat). I am just starting to get my camera legs back. I hope to post more soon....

Your rusty camera legs are a pleasure to view. I know I sound repetitive but I DO enjoy the pose, details and composition. As well the soft light that seems to bring out the subtle nuances of it's colors. I'm excited that you are seeing white pelicans arriving.
