The aftermath of an amazing hunt that started approximately 1/2 mile away and took almost 1/2 hour. She started approx 1/2 mile away creeping through the tall grass, then dropped into a dry stream bed (where she could not be seen), circled around a group of about 15 Wildebeasts and then popped out of the streambed driving the group toward a flooded marsh. The group of Wildebeasts realizing they could not enter the marsh split into two groups heading in opposite directions. The calf made a wrong turn when the group split. Next there was a cloud of dust and it was all over.

My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust

You've been away a long time, & missed by many, welcome back Garrett.

A dramatic narrative followed by a clear, & savage image showing the brutally of nature, strange I notice no blood, perhaps it's a very fresh wound!
