As I mentioned, we went to Northern Arizona University to visit our son this past weekend. We flew to Phoenix and then drove 140 miles to Flagstaff. Along the way we stopped and stayed in Sedona. Amazing rock formations.

What a fabulous looking area with unbelievable colours in the rocks and lovely textures to be seen and the detail in this photo is lovely and sharp and love the trees at the front and stunning sky backdrop too.

I was hoping you would show us some of the mountains and beautiful red rocks, Garrett.
John Ford and John Wayne come to mind.

Is that a window carved out or am I imagining things? Love rocks in any way shape or form!! Great image.

I really like the textures and roughness of the cliffs & the different colours showing us that the stones are of different material. A wonderful capture showing us the beauty of the scenery in AZ, would be a beautiful sight to see in person.
