I like the way the shape of the bench is mirrored by the metal structure in the water but think that if you had zoomed out and used the bench as a foreground focus but allowed the viewer to see more of the choppy water and mountains it would have been improved. I almost feel like i am trying to look round the bench at the view beyond! Have you tried taking multiple shots of the same thing from lots of different angles and zooms. I always take at least 4 or 5 shots of the same thing from different positions so i can find the right composition. It helps to see what looks best and what doesnt.
He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the almighty. I will say of the Lord, "He is my refuge and my fortress, my God in whom i trust". Psalm 91: 1 and 2
Hi! Nice photo! I agree with Rachel and I would have made the lines connecting the water with land more horizontal to look realistic. If you have photoshop you can do that with the distort tool. Thanks for sharing your photo and have a great day! Allen
