how do you know the one on the left was Egyptian? in any event, he wasn't well liked.

Nice ;) , don't see to many picture of ancient Egyptian art on here. No offense to the above comment, but the head missing is part of the history of this art, any appendages to a body on sculpture (heads, arms, hands, genitals, etc...) are vulnerable to destruction from simple things like the weather. Not to mention how boring would it be if it was all perfect.The only part that annoys me, which has nothing to do with the photograph, is the lights they put on the statue down on the ground heh...that was one of the first things I noticed...technology should stay out of some places!
