It's a really good shot, Gerry. But knowing that area very well, I have a suggestion.
Open it up again in PhotoFiltre. Give it 6 Clicks of Plus Saturation. You'll get what you actually saw, and not what the lens couldn't cut through.
You can also try 1 Click of Negative gamma. It's great, with or without. Nice work.

Excellent Gerry, ya done good. Is this the Ambassador Bridge? If so, I crossed it more than a few times. The reflections in the water is beautiful. The clouds present a gorgeous drama. Well done.
