This is a picture I took this past summer. I have cropped this shot to give it this elongated look. I did not notice till I was working on this image that this Egret has a little fish in his mouth which gives image an added touch.

And so he does! What a wonderful find. The crop works so well because the waves are going in a parallel direction. Nice reflections, beautiful bird and lovely composition.

Great capture of this bird, Gerry. I like him doing something like having captured something for dinner. Great placement of the bird in the composition. Nice work.
