Gerry,
That is an excellent capture by anybody's standards. The muted background and it's colors are perfect for displaying the bird. The bird is in fine focus and perfectly positioned. I don't know about being able to turn my head around 180 degrees.

You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being.

Hey there Mister Madman, wat'cha know that I don't know
Tell me some crazy stories, let me know who runs this show
Glassy-eyed and laughing, he turns and walks away
Tell me what made you that way
I agree...this is really nice and wouldn't it be fun to be able to do that? Then you could walk backward and..lol..nvmnd...got me going on that image..lol..good shot on this bird and the last. Excellent macros :)PJ
I love the sparrows, and this is a wonderful shot, Gerry. The thing is, you rarely see just one. At our feeders, there's always a sqabble of sparrows present, always jockeying for position, LOL! At any rate, this is a definite keeper. Thanks for sharing.
