This is a revision of a posting that I made in past spring...the original is "Catching Some Rays". I have been wanting to redue this shot for quite awhile...
oooooooh, I LOVE painted turtles- I used to have 2 as pets- but sadly, they wouldn't eat their turtle food and they passed away a couple years ago. I loved those little guys. This is a great capture- I just love the orange on his belly :o)
You've gone and done a really great job here, Gerry. the reflection in the water is perfect and you've done this little guy proud..so glad you sent it to us and keep up the great work :)
Wow, you really did work on this one. I went to look at the old one. It's amazing what you can do with software. The other one was near perfect to start with and now this one is stunning! Wonderful job, Gerry!
You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being.

Didn't see the first one Gerry but this one is superb - so whatever you redid definitely worked. What an amazing creature! Nothing like that over here.
Cheers,
Steve.
