There is a pair of Canada Geese that return every spring to the pond at Nature preerve and this is a shot of one of them taken this past week. This pond is not that big but there is also a pair of Mallards that return every spring also. I used Nikon D50 camera with Tamron 70-300mm lens set at 150mm. Shutter at 1/60 aperture at f/13 and ISO at 800...this image has been enhanced in editor...

You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being. - Hermes

What an unusual color to this entire image. I like it. It's a keeper. Now, I have a question, you say he is a Canada goose. But, what if he flys across the Detroit River?
