Some more critters coming out of hibernation. These Painted Turtles were sunning themselves in pond at Nature Preserve earlier in week...usde Nikon D50 camera with 70-300mm lens set at 210mm...shutter at 1/800 aperture at F/6.3 and ISO 800...image has been cropped and enhanced in editor..

A really nice capture of these wonderful beings. I do like turtles (not snappers, of course) and I am intriqued by the lines on the log they are crossing. I wonder how they got there.
