These guys are getting so used to me and my camera around that I am getting them to pose for me. I asked these three females to turn their heads to the right so I could get a head profile...and they did right on cue!! If you believe that one I will tell you another one..LOL

You just keep topping yourself, Gerry. There's so much that's good about this photo, it's hard to know where to begin. The earthy, autumn coloration is just excellent. And this is without a doubt the most charming "duck pic" that I've ever seen. You should submit this to a wildlife photography competition. It's really, really good.

How in the world did you get them to look in the same direction at the same time? That is such a good picture, I just have to agree with everything Greg(gjwahl)said.

Just had these in VB. 7 Mallards + 3 Mallardettes = 10.
I like how they're all lined up as if they're waiting for the Aflac Shuttle to pick them up. Once again the reflections are working for you. Good post.

You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being. - Hermes

And now you are talking to the birds, well it seemed to work, I think I will try that. This is so perfect, colors, reflections in the water, and good focus. Great work Gerry.
