They do look like scissors or also a part of the plant "bird of paradise". You've really got your imagination revved up...I'm going to have to ask you some personal questions like: What do you eat for breakfast that feeds that mind of yours? :):)

"I never looked for it, gave it no name; yet I knew it always, when the gift of peace came. I stood quite still for the moment that it lasted...Then the light shifted slightly and the moment passed, leaving me...with the lasting echo of its presence.." Diana Gabaldon

Now that one really looks like it is under a microscope. Love the background, and you capture your subjects so clearly every time.

How do you get the black background with your photo on it? I was wondering how to do that the other day. Your scissors are sharp, Gerry. What else can I say.

Gerry, you really excell at these macro shots. The dofs have been amazing and the clarity is great too.

You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being. - Hermes

innovative shot. i do not like beautiful plants to be portrayed like scissors - but, that is a different issue.

Hi Gerry
You really are adding a big collection of the dead, and dying.
I had to comment on this one because the title is so apt, and clearly expresses Your creative imagination. :o)
Well done Sir
