Yesterday morning I was at a different area of Nature Preserve that I had not been to for a few weeks. Just after daybreak took my dog, a Beagle, for a walk and came across some Does but could not tell if Buck was with them as my dog being on a leash was hard to control. Anyways we finished her walk and put her in vehicle and headed back to this area with my camera and tripod. Could not see the Deer near the walking trail so I wandered into bush and came upon this Buck. Took some pictures of him then fiddled with my camera and looked up again and he was gone but out of corner of eye seen his white tail heading off so I chased him for about half hour but never found him again.

Wow Jerry! this is a great job you did here, your photo looks awesome. The different bits of colors here and there adds a little charm to the full attention your Buck is giving you. Your superb camera skills brings us everlasting results...It's all in your gallery. Thanks

Bang! Oops you guys were watching. This buck would not be legal to shoot where I live. It must have four points on a least one side of antlers. This one only has three. He looks better in photo anyway. By the way, you can't catch a deer. Nice photo Gerry.

He's so beautiful and the focus is perfect right on him. Wonderful capture! Did you really think you'd catch up with him?

You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being. - Hermes

Great capture. I like the how the foliage in the foreground shows that you wandered into the bush. And the buck is so clear. Nice work.
