Another picture of one of these Mute Swans that I took pictures of this past Spring. This one appears to have just brought his head up after foraging for food.

Well, this swan is NOT posing for you. I think it is muttering something vulgar under it's breath because you are invading it's privacy. Nice shot, Gerry.

Nice observation, Jim. I was thinking that whatever he was about to say would not get past the GP-14 censors. Great shot, Gerry.

Like I've said before, great series you have going. You do such professional work. It's a pleasure to be on your friends list. I too respect your entire body of work. Have a good weekend Gerry.

I'm with the fowl...foul language crowd. That's the first thing I thought of when I viewed this in thumbnail: that he was talking and it wasn't anything I'd like to hear!! Great shot though.

I had this in voting and had to check it out. I love the detail you've captured including the water droplets from the beak of the swan. The simplicity of it and the framing are also very nice. A great capture.

You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being. - Hermes
