Took this picture the day after Christmas. I titled this as I did because I chased this Buck with four Does for close to an hour. They took me back into bush area where their is no walking paths. I tell you they are better at going through dense bush than I am:)). This is probably the biggest Buck I have seen out at this Nature Preserve.

So you had it tough hey !! A mistreated dog should try to leave a deposit on their masters best carpet, after all it's important to establish who's boss..... My gallery is here.

Another fine deer pic from you. You get the most interesting background and colors in these. I remember a couple from last year that were equally as intriguing as this..time for a coffee table book, hmmmm? :)PJ

Good photo Gerry. I put it in my Grandson's folder he has labeled as "Critters." He will love it as I do. Nice capture. Sometimes if you whistle when they start to leave, they will look back for the final time and you can get another shot. This is just great.

Of all the places for that buck to stop and he stops in the one open area in the branches. Great capture and very deserving of the score.

Good for you Gerry. I finally got out there today, but there were too many people and dogs so I am sure the deer were hiding. I am going to try again later in the week if the weather allows.
