This is a photo I have taken in last week. This is the Detroit skyline which I shot early in morning before first light from down at riverfront (Detroit River). I set my camera on tripod with wide angle zoom lens and with long exposure turn the zoom focusing ring to get this light effect.

Cool!! I got the same e-mail from somewhere, PC Photo maybe, about how to do this effect. It turned out neat & I'll have to try it!!

i actually prefer this one, its really cool! ive tried doing the twisty lens thang before but never with much success, so kudos for getting it to work.
