Beautiful shot, Gerry. I don't find any fault with the background. It's sufficiently out of focus to make the Doe prominent. If you were opened up any more her tail wouldn't show any detail.
There is one item that should be cloned over. The dark/black spot in the center of her forehead merges exactly with a dark out of focus twig. It's the first thing I noticed as it's right between and above her eyes. The dark spot on her head may be natural but that's what leads you to see the other.
Not something you would even be able to spot in the viewfinder.
