Agree with baparham -- it's not every day you see a quarter of a flower in a photo like this, very unique and interesting.

yes, like the others have said, beautiful flower! I particularly like the way the uppermost yellow petal shows a tinge of blue because of the purple background. Good job! :)

There is somethng about a yellow rose..its as though it hold the sunshine! This is very pretty...and with that touch of lavender...very nice indeed

I'm not usually much of a fan of the flower images, but I love this one! The clarity of the image and the pastel-ly colors are really nice. Great job :)
