I like this image a lot. I would suggest trying to get just the blocks in the future, as the spot of "normal ground" detracts from the otherwise somewhat abstract image. That being said, it's tough to capture something like this well with a camera, and you have. Nice shot.

Overigens vind ik het wel goed dat de grond te zien is. Het maakt de foto toegankelijker. Je kunt je daardoor inbeelden wat de verhoudingen zijn, wat dit voorsteld en dat je er tussendoor kunt lopen.

The deep shadows and the absence of color, powerfully convey the somber mood here. Works both as an abstract and monument.

Haunting, I like this a lot.
