It was such a lovely day yesterday I couldn't resist taking a photograph of Weston Super Mares shoreline. It was a great day for wind surfing.
As you can see the trees still have their green leaves, autumn is coming late to the SW of England.

Cameras are like people--sometimes they lose focus.
Autumn is late there probably because of the southwesterly winds from the Atlantic Phil. Very good clarity and the blue sky adds to the beauty of this scene even at low tide.

A university friend who is from Gloucester told me that his family always went to WSM for their holidays when he was a kid. He always called it Weston Super mud. I can see why now. This reminds me of our own dear Southport where people swear that the tide never comes in. I love these wonderful Victorian seaside resorts and I think everything should be done to keep them going.

I like this one Ed. I like the sea wall and boats. Very good depth as well and your right on a day like this we should be outdoors.
