In all likelihood, this is the most photographed tree on the Internet. One can find photos of it on just about any photography site there is, plus Pintrest, Instagram, et al. Thankfully, it's within my geographic sphere and I usually see it once or twice a year. Almost always there's a line waiting to take a photo. I think on this day there were 10-12 people waiting their turn. I've taken well over a dozen from different angles. Japanese Garden, Portland, Oregon, USA.

I like the gnarled branches of this cool looking tree, I also like a good gnarly root capture. Well done my friend. tigs=^..^=

---In all likelihood, this is the most photographed tree on the Internet.---

Photographers (whether they are skilled or not) know very well what's worthwhile to be captured, Ted.

Very good version of this wonderful tree.

I added this to the other one you took. This has a little more green. It's a beautiful image, either way!

Long before the white man and long before the wheel, when the dark green forests were too silent to be real. Lightfoot 1967
