A very interesting convergence of angles at the horizon line, including the line of telephone poles at extreme left.

I agree with Alexis. I really like the angle. Overall a good capture, if anything I find the saturation could be increased a little bit, but other than that, awesome job =D

Yes, I'll say this again: good composition (the train and the lines going to the horizon)... This talks to me, it reminds me of some train stops back in Russia... Except that this one looks so tidy compared to them... Thank you for sharing this.

Hi Cassie! Is this taken in Granite City Illinois? Just curious because I am from St. Louis, Missouri :). I like the desolate feeling you captured here. If you were going for the trains, I might have swung a bit to the left and tightened the shot on the freight trains, but I really like the straight lines that you have as mentioned by those before me. Your angel depends on what you are trying to convery. Keep shooting those images. Thank you :))

This picture is taken in St Cloud MN. The town is nicknamed "Granite City" because it contains very large amounts of granite.

Hi Cassie, the composition is very good, I like.
This is also a photo that would be better of in black and white. If you do it in b&w the focus in purely on the shown objects. I find colors in these kind of shots only distracting.
Give it a try, and be surprised what a b&w effect can do!

If you can't find the words, you may as well shoot it...
