This looks like the Neo/Smith Showdown in The Matrix:Revolutions but it is blue. I agree with .aitmn10, the shooting star is not needed.

Stunning. I think the fuzziness adds to this - it has a distant, dreamy quality and yet a lot of energy. A little like a vision of the future dimly glimpsed.
