For a minute there I thought I was going movie hunting again! This could make it to the big screen. Love how your mind worked on this one right down to the addition to the wings. Always appreciate you showing us your starter images so we see just how much went into your creation. Agree on the color too. I like that this is well lit but still rich and moody.

looks really good, i like how u have blended the wings, but somehow i get th eimpression that the figure is tiny, like a transformer running around causing a mini havoc . nice work :~)

thanks very much to you all! its great fun for me to do these images and so im glad to have an audience who wants to see them! showing my starter stock images is now a habit so deeply ingrained i doubt i could stop it if i try! not that i'd want to! i like involving people with a bit of the process behind my work! for awhile now i have been looking at the tutorial iamges i have done in the past! they look more and more like filmstrips to me! i was wondering if i could use some stop motion to link the phases of an images construction into a little animation! certainly be fun to watch the image magically appear in minutes rather than hours!

Oh cool, Graeme. This is very "Wintermute" if you know what I mean. I like the gritty feel to it that you accomplished with the color scheme. The prosthesis looks pretty awsome too.

lol, Grim...watched any japanese anime lately?^^ this manip is awesome. I particularly like how you worked with the light and shadows here. wonderfully balanced. the dark red is very effective to set the mood. a great pice. I'm a bit curious though to know ow it would work with a different background, more closed... like the interior of a bulding or a dark closed alley...?
