Good news everyone! ive got a gallery show lined up for april 28th -may 4th! If you recall the bristol deck i took part in, i got in based on my Fey Faux Foto image! this show is run by the same curator and wants to show some more of my fake fairies! and so i had a practise this evening! I'm uploading my photography on deviantart.com as well so you'll start seeing some of my same stuff on that site aswell. If I think people like it enough, i might buy a subscription and sell my artwork on it.
thanks guys.. im really happy with it as is.. but i want to add a touch more grim, shes just a but too cute, she need a touch of darkness and danger, not sure what yet, its needs more story! I also want to age and antique it a bit more like the original fey faux foto!

Very neat project .. I'm thinking some detail gets lost in the monochromatic scheme .. what about leaving a trace of original color in all or some objects .. heavily muted down, of course .. almost like a re-colored photo of olde ..
if not this project, then, maybe a future one

no big deal, really, but I've always wondered why you don't just link to the SXC original stock image .. for example, I rename my stock to .... mushroom_@_datarec_220399_9296_(n) .. this gives me some traceability for crediting and thanking the originator so that they can see it .. [the (n) means no-restrictions .. (c) for contact] ... mushroom ... placing that long number in their search engine will bring up the page
