In a lot of respects I prefer this one. It reminds me of some sort of ancient cultural style but I can't put my finger on which one. Excellent level of detail and quality as usual.

Now for what makes it great coz I'd hate doing something like "COOL!" or "GREAT!" and leaving it at that. The richness of the lines, design, composition (balanced without being boringly symmetric), complicated simplicity, color, the logo .... I think I should just end this now by saying I like it and this is the first image I am voting an absolutely positive 10 on since I've been here.

I prefer this one to the other - this one uses the empty space to maximum effect, whereas the other is somtimes a bit busy on the eyes. Great work in both cases though!! 10/10 from me.

cool design, nice colors. I wish the red was a little richer. But I'll photoshop it for my desktop. As it is it looks a little like dried blood. maybe that's what you were going for.
