What a beautiful bird, I would however prefer it in a more natural position and setting. Try to capture it while on a branch. A good way to achieve this is to make a paste from seeds and peanut butter as a glue and smear it on a branch. I assure you that with this clarity and a natural background that I would use it on my desktop.
great shot Herman! I like the original posture of this fella, the net isn't the prettiest sight but the posture of the bird and the angle you chose make up for that.well done!
